Hi there!
My name is Agnieszka, however you might call me Agnes or Aga.
I am Coach, Career Designer, Microbusinesses Mentor, and Mental Trainer.
I have always been working with and for people. In my career, I have been cooperating with HoReCa, tourism, automotive, IT, and Contact Center industries. After spending 17 years in corporations and after 9 – managing teams in a multicultural and multigenerational environment, I have decided to support people standing at the crossroads of their career path, approaching professional burnout, or wanting to start their own business.
I help women (and men) to build their confidence, support them in recognizing and appreciating their talents and strengths, and thus teach them to win and enjoy success. You’ll often hear from me that everything you need to take the first step you already have inside you – I will just give you the confidence.
I approach life and work with a visionary outlook. Experience and intuition allow me to connect the dots in every area quickly. I ask strong and difficult questions, and although the solutions are not the simplest, my clients transformations are spectacular.
I am a Mentor in the 10th edition of the Mentoring Program at the Fundacja Liderek Biznesu (2023 and the 9th edition in 2022). I co-create a social and emotional education program for children and young people called Architekt Przyszłości. I co-lead a program for effective career path planning known as Akademia Projektantów Kariery.
And after hours, I am a fan of Polish rap, a budding calligrapher, a lover of books, and Nordic walking.
Coaching
Career coaching
Who is career coaching for?
For everyone – for those entering the professional market, thinking of reorganizing, returning to the job after a long break, thinking of career advancement, and as well as – for those that are reaching a glass ceiling.
Career coaching will help:
- redefine your career goals, in a way that they are in harmony with you
- consciously build a development and career path
- work on expectations, beliefs, and blockages holding you back from change or development
- check your motivators
- bring together your professional competencies and identify gaps
- recover from downtime, crisis, and professional burnout
- discover passion and learn to enjoy your work
- achieve the balance between personal and professional life
Mentoring
At the free initial consultation, you will always hear from me that mentoring is such an upgraded (developed) coaching. It’s a kind of cooperation that constantly focuses on your abilities and capabilities. In addition, there is my support in a broader sense – I share my experience, give tips and give feedback.
Because of my experience, you will find two types of mentoring in my portfolio: managerial and business mentoring.
I direct managerial mentoring to female leaders who are preparing to lead teams or already manage such teams. There is no limit to discussing the subject – you are the one to provide the topic. Probably the functioning of your team and organization make you notice new things and need to understand them. I will list just a few of the issues we can cover during the meetings:
- me as a leader – who I am and who I want to be
- my team is a well-functioning machine
- multigenerational and multicultural communication
- the role of a leader – tasks and responsibilities, challenges and necessities
- effective feedback – feedback and feedforward
- crisis management of the team
- introducing change and facing resistance
- leader and employee development
- employee outplacement
I recommend business mentoring to women and men who have decided not to break through the corporate glass ceiling but to prove themselves in business. Of secondary importance is the industry you choose. More important is the strategy, specifically:
- the idea – the concept and business model
- the product – its development, where to sell it, the sales funnel, and the customer’s purchase path
- price and sales – the offer, planning, feedback, and recommendations
- marketing – online and offline communication, brand building in selected channels
What does cooperation with me look like?
If working with me will be your first encounter with coaching or mentoring, you may wonder what it all looks like. You will find most of the answers to your questions below.
Free initial consultation
If you have the thought to give it a try - you are welcome. I start every cooperation with a free and no-obligation consultation. We give each other 30 minutes to get to know each other, sense each other's energies and see if we are on the same wavelengths. During that meeting, I explain what coaching or mentoring is and is not. And also whether the challenge you come to is one to work with now and with my tools. If you decide to cooperate, we agree on a date for a contracting session, and after the meeting, you will receive an email from me with the terms of cooperation.
Contracting session
After a free initial consultation and we start working together, we meet at a contracting session. During the first meeting, we discuss the main goal with which you come. We also debate your needs for coaching or mentoring and your expectations of me as your companion. We discuss doubts and fears and define the first milestones.
Process - coaching or mentoring sessions
The best results come from a long collaboration, not a single meeting. I recommend a process of 8-10 sessions - the number depends on the chosen goal. We meet at intervals of 2-3 weeks. Between sessions, I am also available for phone consultations and ad hoc support. Between sessions is where most of the work happens. Working in sessions is a start to working from meeting to meeting. Between sessions, you analyze the most and feel ready to change, try and change, and act. Conscious development looks like this.
Completion of the process
The development process ends with a conclusion. The most important thing is that the decision made to end the cooperation in this dimension should be associated with a sense of comfort and the ability to assess the achievement of goals.
